Aware that our planet's resources are not unlimited and that tourism has an impact on the climate & the environment, we are committed to giving back to nature what it gives us.
We therefore believe it is essential to place the environment at the heart of our strategy.

For all our projects, we take a collective approach to limiting their impact on the environment.
Energy audits: For every new build, we seek advice on how to limit the environmental impact of our projects.
Building insulation: All our buildings are fitted with double glazing, and we carefully select materials to ensure that our insulation exceeds current standards.
Local partners: We always work with local craftsmen, keen to contribute to the dynamism of the regions in which we operate.
Wherever possible, we use renewable energies in our accommodation.
Centralized system: We install thermostats to regulate the temperature of accommodation according to occupancy, capping heating at 21°C
Geothermal energy: At the Ferme d'Edouard, we have opted for geothermal energy for hot water, heating and air cooling.
We adopt responsible reflexes to reduce our consumption as much as possible & preserve our planet.
Information & monitoring: On a monthly basis, we monitor our water and electricity consumption in order to control it as much as possible.
Water saving: All flush toilets are dual-flush, and taps and showerheads are fitted with water-saving devices.
Electricity: In rooms where this is possible, we use presence detectors to switch on the lights.
Swimming pools: We adapt the heating periods of our swimming pools to reduce our energy consumption, and we have installed protective curtains to keep them warm.
We encourage responsible behavior on the part of our staff and travelers in our accommodations.

Awareness-raising: We regularly discuss with our teams the best practices to adopt when maintaining our accommodations.
