Arrival at La Ferme d'Edouard is from 16:00 for week-long stays. For short stays, we do our best to accommodate your needs. Please contact us to arrange a check-in time for your short stay.

What are the formalities for arriving at the Tignes apartments?

Our Tignes apartments are all equipped with key boxes or digicode opening systems. All arrival instructions are sent to you by e-mail on the morning of your arrival. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us by phone. 

How do I check out of a gîte in the Ardèche?

We ask you to inform us, at the latest the day before your departure, of the time at which you will leave the premises. We will then make the necessary arrangements so that we can carry out an inventory of fixtures together. 

Is there someone on site to welcome us?

We do our utmost to welcome you to our accommodation and to answer any questions you may have on arrival. Should we be unable to help, we can always be reached by telephone to guide you. 

What extra services are available? (Cleaning, bed linen, electricity, baby kit....)

We offer a cleaning option at the end of your stay, price varies according to accommodation. Baby equipment can be provided on request. Linen is provided for all our accommodations. We offer this service and beds are made up on arrival.

Is there a daily cleaning service?

Do I have to give a deposit cheque on arrival?

A deposit is required for each reservation. If you have booked on our website and paid by credit card, this will take the form of a bank imprint automatically removed on your departure. If you have booked via a platform such as Airbnb - Booking - Abritel - Gîte de France, the terms and conditions relating to the deposit are detailed in the GTC associated with your booking. 

Do you supply hospitality products?

We provide welcome products: soap, shampoo & other goodies. We also provide the essentials (washing-up liquid - sponge - garbage can bag - PQ) to get you off to a comfortable start. However, these items may not be provided in sufficient quantities for your entire stay. 

Is there an inventory on arrival or departure?

We ask you to inform us, within 24 hours of your arrival, of any item that you feel is missing from the presentation of the accommodation on our website / any item that is broken. We will take this information into account for the inventory of fixtures on departure. 

Do you accept pets? If so, at extra cost?

We accept pets on request only, with a limit of one per accommodation and for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance of your stay: contact@explorhome.fr

Are the farms privatized for our stay, even if our group doesn't reach maximum capacity?

We only rent accommodation on a private basis and in its entirety.

Are some accommodations accessible to people with reduced mobility?

La Ferme des Vignes (opening in 2025) is accessible to people with reduced mobility. A PRM room will be located on the first floor of the house. All facilities (swimming pool, wellness area, games room, meeting room) will also be accessible. 

Can you provide a cot and high chair on request?
