The tartiflette, a meal based on potatoes, bacon and onions au gratin with Reblochon cheese! We also recommend a delicious variant, the croziflette, where the potatoes are replaced by crozets.
The diots of Savoie: the diot is THE sausage of our mountains. Natural or smoked, these sausages are traditionally pan-fried then simmered with onions and white wine. Accompany them with a potato gratin or crozets and you're done!
